First, the sammich:
Fried seabass with scallion aioli and lemon avocados. I didn't even know what aioli was before making it, but it turned out pretty good

Then I made a strawberry salad with walnuts, purple onions, rotisserie chicken, and panko fried goat cheese medallions:
